【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestherequirementsofsolderableenamelledroundcopperwindingwireofclass130withadualcoating.Theunderlyingcoatingisbasedonpolyurethaneresin,whichmaybemodifiedprovidingitretainsthechemicalidentityoftheoriginalresinandmeetsallspecifiedwirerequirements.Thesuperimposedcoatingisabondinglayerbasedonathermoplasticresin.NOTEAmodifiedresinisaresinthathasundergoneachemicalchange,orcontainsoneormoreadditivestoenhancecertainperformanceorapplicationcharacteristics.Class130isathermalclassthatrequiresaminimumtemperatureindexof130andaheatshocktemperatureofatleast155℃.ThetemperatureindegreesCelsiuscorrespondingtothetemperatureindexisnotnecessarilythatatwhichitisrecommendedthatthewirebeoperatedandthiswilldependonmanyfactors,includingthetypeofequipmentinvolved.Therangeofnominalconductordiameterscoveredbythisstandardis:-Grade1B:0,020mmuptoandincluding2,000mm;-Grade2B:0,020mmuptoandincluding2,000mm.Thenominalconductordiametersarespecifiedinclause4ofIEC60317-0-1.
