【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesmechanicalsafetyrequirementsandtestingforthedesignandconstructionofelectricallypoweredwalk-behindandhand-heldlawntrimmersandlawnedgetrimmers,withcuttingelement(s)ofnon-metallicfilamentlineorfreelypivotingnon-metalliccutter(s)withakineticenergyofnotmorethat10Jeach,andusedbyastandingoperatorprimarilyforcuttinggrass.Itdescribesmethodsfortheeliminationorreductionofhazardsarisingfromtheiruse.Inaddition,itspecifiesthetypeofinformationtobeprovidedbythemanufactureronsafeworkingpractices.Thisstandardisnotapplicableto:a)Scissortypeorlawntrimmersandlawnedgetrimmerswithcuttingmeansotherthanthosedescribedabove;b)Self-propelledlawntrimmersorlawnedgetrimmers;c)Lawntrimmersorlawnedgetrimmerswhichdonothaveadistanceofatleast600mmbetweenthecuttingmeanscontrolandthecuttinghead.Theelectricalaspectsofelectricallypoweredlawntrimmersandlawnedgetrimmersarenotcoveredbythisstandard.ThelistofsignificanthazardsdealtwithinthisstandardisgiveninannexA.AnnexAalsoindicatesthehazardswhichhavenotbeendealtwith.Environmentalaspectshavenotbeenconsideredinthisstandard.ThisEuropeanStandardappliesprimarilytomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthisstandard.NOTEThemethodofcalculatingthekineticenergyforthepurposesofthisstandardisgiveninannexB.
