【摘要】:Transparentparts,suchasaircraftwindshieldsandwindows,canbeinspectedusingthispractice,andtheamountofopticaldistortionordeviationcanbemeasured.Themeasurementcanbecheckedforacceptabilityagainstthespecificationforthepart.Thephotograph(printornegative)canbemaintainedasapermanentrecordoftheopticalqualityofthepart.1.1Thisphotographicpracticedeterminestheopticaldistortionanddeviationofalineofsightthroughasimpletransparentpart,suchasacommercialaircraftwindshieldoracabinwindow.Thispracticeappliestoessentiallyflatornearlyflatpartsandmaynotbesuitableforhighlycurvedmaterials.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressthesafetyconcernsassociatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
