【摘要】:この規格は,炭素鋼製又は合金鋼製で,ねじの呼び径が1.6-24mmの引張力を受けない止めねじ及び類似のねじ部品(以下,止めねじという。)の機械的性質につしいて規定する。なお,ここで規定する機械的性質は,環境温度10-35℃(常温)で試験をしたときに適用するもので,この温度範囲より高い温度か又は低い温度の場合には,機械的及び物理的性質が変わってくることがある。この規格は,次のような特殊の性質が要求される止めねじには適用しない。一引張応力が規定されたもの(JISR1051参照)一溶接性一耐食性一温度300℃以上の耐熱性又は一50℃以下の耐寒性。備考快削鍛製の止めねじは,250℃以上の温度では使用しないほうがよい。
