【摘要】:1ThispartofISO15202specifiesamethodforcollectingsamplesofairborneparticulatematterforsubsequentdeterminationofmetalsandmetalloidsusinginductivelycoupledplasma-atomicemissionspectrometry.2Themethodisnotapplicabletothesamplingofmercury,whichispresentinairinthevapourphaseatambienttemperatures;inorganiccompoundsofmetalsandmetalloidsthatarepermanentgases,e.g.arsine(AsH3);orinorganiccompoundsofmetalsandmetalloidsthatarepresentinthevapourphaseatambienttemperatures,e.g.arsenictrioxide(As2O3).NOTEAlthoughthemethoddoesnotdescribeameansofcollectinginorganiccompoundsofmetalsandmetalloidsthatarepresentinthevapourphase,inmostinstancesthisisrelativelyeasilyachievedbyusingaback-upfilterwhichhasbeenpre-treatedtotrapthecompound(s)ofinterest,e.g.aback-uppaperpadimpregnatedwithsodiumcarbonateissuitableforcollectingarsenictrioxide(seeISO11041).3Themethodisapplicabletopersonalsamplingoftheinhalableorrespirablefractionofairborneparticles,asdefinedinISO7708,andtostaticsampling.

【摘要】:LCCanalysisisaneconomicmethodforevaluatingalternativesthatarecharacterizedbydifferingcashflowsoverthedesignatedprojectdesignlife.ThemethodentailscalculatingtheLCCofeachalternatecapableofsatisfyingthefunctionalrequirementoftheprojectandcomparingthemtodeterminewhichhas(have)thelowestestimatedLCCovertheprojectdesignlife.TheLCCmethodisparticularlysuitablefordeterminingwhetherthehigherinitialcostofanalternativeiseconomicallyjustifiedbyreductionsinfuturecosts(forexample,rehabilitation,orreplacement)whencomparedtoanalternativewithlowerinitialcostsbuthigherfuturecosts.Ifadesignalternativehasbothalowerinitialcostandlowerfuturecoststhanotheralternatives,anLCCanalysisisnotnecessarytoshowthattheformeristheeconomicallypreferablechoice.1.1Thispracticecoversaprocedureforusinglife-cyclecost(LCC)analysistechniquestoevaluatealternativecorrosionprotectionsystemdesignsthatsatisfythesamefunctionalrequirements.1.2TheLCCtechniquemeasuresthepresentvalueofallrelevantcostsofproducingandrehabilitatingalternativecorrosionprotectionsystems,suchassurfacepreparation,application,construction,rehabilitation,orreplacement,overaspecifiedperiodoftime.1.3UsingtheresultsoftheLCCanalysis,thedecisionmakercanthenidentifythealternative(s)withthelowestestimatedtotalcostbasedonthepresentvalueofallcosts.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
