【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthereferencemethodforthedeterminationofthefatcontentofdriedmilkanddriedmilkproducts.Themethodisapplicabletodriedmilkwithafatcontentof40%(massfraction)ormore,driedwhole,driedpartiallyskimmed,anddriedskimmedmilk,driedwhey,driedbuttermilkanddriedbutterserum.NOTEWhenthepowdercontainshardlumpswhichdonotdissolveinammoniasolutionorcontainsfreefattyacidsinsignificantquantities,noticeablebyadistinctsmell,theresultofthedeterminationwillbetoolow.WithsuchproductsrecourseshouldbemadetoamethodusingtheWeibull-Berntropprinciple(seeISO8262-3).
