【摘要】:Thisconsensusstandardspecifiesmethods,instrumentation,andfacilitiesrequirementsformeasurementofradio-frequency(RF)signalsandRFnoiseemittedfromunlicensedwirelessdevices.Itdoesnotincludegenericnorproduct-specificemissionlimits.Measurementmethodsareprovidedforradiatedandconductedemissionsthatcanbegeneratedbyavarietyofdevices,asdescribedbelow.Thisstandarddoesnotconsidertestmethodsforunlicensedwirelessdevicesalreadycoveredinotherpublishedstandards,suchasUnlicensedPersonalCommunicationServices(UPCS)devices,whicharecoveredinANSIC63.17[B1].1Inaddition,manytypesofwirelessdevicesarealsosubjecttoregulatoryrequirementsconcerninghumanexposuretoRFenergy;RFexposureconformityassessmentmethodsarenotconsideredinthisstandard,butarethesubjectofotherstandards,e.g.,IEEEStd1528?-2003[B22].Thisdocumentprovidesstandardtestmethodsfordeterminingcompliancewithregulatoryrequirementsformanytypesofwirelessdevices.Theseunlicensedwirelessdevicesincludebutarenotlimitedtothefollowing:-Remotecontrolandsecurityunlicensedwirelessdevices-Frequencyhoppinganddirectsequencespreadspectrumdevices-Anti-pilferagedevices-Cordlesstelephones-Radiofrequencyidentification(RFID)tagreaders?UnlicensedNationalInformationInfrastructuredevices-Intrusiondetectors-Unlicensedwirelessdevicesoperatingbelow30MHz-Wireless(garage)dooropeners-Ultra-wideband(UWB)devices-Automaticvehicleidentificationsystems-Otherdevices,e.g.,withoperationsauthorizedunderPart15oftheFCCRulesandRegulations(47CFRPart15).2Clause2andClause3containthenormativereferencesanddefinitionsusedinthisstandard,respectively.Clause4providesthespecificationsforthenecessarytestinstrumentationneededforperformingcompliancetesting.Clause5providesthegeneralrequirementsforallstandardtestmethods.Clause6providesstandardtestmethodsrequiredformostunlicensedwirelessdevices.Clause7identifiesadditionaltestsorrequirementsforspecificunlicensedwirelessdevices.Clause8specifiesrequirementsforreportingtestresults,withspecialemphasisontheuseofguidancefromISO/IEC17025:2005.AnnexAisaninformativelistingofthetestsrequiredtoshowcomplianceofaspecificunlicensedwirelessdevice.BecauseAnnexAdescribesregulatoryrequirementsfortestingofunlicensedwirelessdevices,itservesasakeytouseofthisstandard.AnnexBisaninformativeexampleoftheinformationtobeincludedinatestreport.AnnexCisaninformativediscussiononinstrumentationpulsedesensitizationconsiderations.AnnexDprovidesinformationaboutdetectortypesandfunctionsusedinEMCtesting.AnnexEandAnnexFprovideaninformativeglossaryandrelatedreading(bibliography),respectively.Useoftheannexesandclausesapplicabletoawirelessdeviceundertestallowsusersofthisstandardtodeterminecomplianceofadevicetonationalregulatoryrequirements.However,anytestprocedureidentifiedforusebythenationalregulatoryauthoritythatdiffersfromtheprovisionsofthisstandardshalltakeprecedence.Numberedcross-referencesusedthroughoutthisstandardrefertoeitheraspecificclauseorsubclauseofthisstandard;e.g.,6referstoClause6,6.2referstosubclause6.2,andA.2referstosubclauseA.2ofAnnexA.
