【摘要】:ThisEuropeanstandardspecifieslightingrequirementsforoutdoorworkplaces,whichmeettheneedsforvisualcomfortandperformance.Allusualvisualtasksareconsidered.ThisEuropeanstandarddoesnotspecifylightingrequirementswithrespecttothesafetyandhealthofworkersatworkandhasnotbeenpreparedinthefieldofapplicationofArticle137oftheECtreaty,althoughthelightingrequirements,asspecifiedinthisstandard,usuallyfulfilsafetyneeds.LightingrequirementswithrespecttothesafetyandhealthofworkersatworkmaybecontainedinDirectivesbasedonArticle137oftheECtreaty,innationallegislationofmemberstatesimplementingthesedirectivesorinothernationallegislationofmemberstates.Thisstandardneitherprovidesspecificsolutions,norrestrictsthedesigner’sfreedomfromexploringnewtechniquesnorrestrictstheuseofinnovativeequipment.
